How much does meal prep cost in Cyprus?
Meal prep with Biotrofi starts at €150 per week. The figure depends on how many meals you want, how many people you are feeding and how complex the dietary requirements are. Groceries are billed separately at cost with itemised receipts. You see your own price on screen when you build your plan, in about three minutes.
Is this the same as a meal delivery box?
No. A delivery box is cooked in a central kitchen, portioned for an average person and driven to you. Here a chef comes to your home, shops that morning, cooks in your kitchen and leaves the meals labelled in your fridge. It costs more and it tastes like it.
How long do the meals keep?
Meals are cooked fresh on your cook day and are designed to be eaten across the following four to five days. Your chef will tell you the order to eat them in, and anything intended for later in the week is prepared with that in mind.
Can you hit specific macros?
Yes. Calorie and macro targets are handled as standard, whether you are cutting, building or holding. If you want the targets set clinically rather than estimated, Bionutrition+ brings a nutritionist and blood testing into the same plan.
Do you cook in my kitchen or somewhere else?
In your kitchen. That is what keeps the food fresh and lets your chef adjust as they go. They bring what they need, work around your day, and leave the kitchen exactly as they found it.
Which areas do you cover?
Limassol, Nicosia, Paphos, Larnaca, and Ayia Napa and Protaras, plus the surrounding villages and coastal areas. Tell us where you are when you build your plan and we will be straight with you about whether we can reach you.
Can I change the meals each week?
Yes. The menu is rebuilt around your feedback, the season and whatever your week looks like. Nothing repeats unless you ask for it to.
How quickly can I start?
You get a price the same day. Matching you with the right chef usually takes a few days, because we would rather place the right person than the first one free.
